Abdulaziz Almulhem launched a platform (Packman) specialized in providing e-commerce services for entrepreneurs, as it provides ready-made forms for online sales, payment and delivery services within one day of requesting the service. It was able to attract more than 250 local companies, and reached up to 10,000 requests, while the monthly turnover exceeded 500,000 dirhams.

The idea of the platform came as a solution to the e-commerce problems that faces the entrepreneurs such as the lack of technical expertise, high costs of creating new websites which leads the SMEs to prompt their companies using the social media programs in an irregular way wasting efforts and time.
Dubai SME has provided all possible forms of support, such as issuing a trade license, providing guidance, along with all the required information.
