Privileges and support provided:

Providing legal services (legal transactions except for litigation) for the members registered at Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Size Enterprises at reduced prices, as follows:

• Free (introductory) meetings for small and medium size enterprises to provide general legal consultations; these meetings will be held every Monday between 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm for 20 minutes.
• Partners' agreement, share purchase/subscription agreement, and investment agreement AED10,000 + VAT.
• Non-disclosure agreement (with a third party)- AED5,000 + VAT.
• Non-disclosure agreement (with employees) including intellectual property- AED5,000 + VAT.
• Founders agreement, supply agreement, cooperation agreement, services provision agreement, and memorandum of understating- AED10,000 + VAT.
• Revision of conditions- AED7,500 + VAT.
• Providing mediation services in any dispute related to companies/individuals as follows:

• Claims less than AED150,000: AED5,000 (mediation meeting + binding settlement agreement).
• Claims between AED150,001 and 250,000: AED7,500 (2 mediation meetings + binding settlement agreement).
• Claims between AED250,001 and 500,000: AED12,500 (3 mediation meetings + binding settlement agreement).

Note: The Privileges are available for citizens of the UAE and GCC countries.
