Privileges and support provided

  • Renting shops inside the commercial shopping centers affiliated with Aswaaq:
  • Giving priority to members of the Dubai SME in renting shops in the new centers.
  • The member is given a 20% discount on the original value of the shop rent.
  • The discount period is only for 3 years from the date of the first contract.
  • The discount is granted to all branches if the lease is offered for more than one location.
  • A discount letter must be presented to the leasing department at Aswaaq within one month at the latest from the date of signing the lease agreement.
  • When submitting the discount letter, the discount will be granted on the last payment.
  • The discount is no longer valid after the expiry of the lease agreement.
  • The discount is granted only to the members of the Dubai SME, and in the event of a member breaching membership terms and conditions, such as selling the shop, all membership privileges will be canceled, and the discount amount must be recovered to Aswaaq for the entire year in which the contract was signed.
  • Facilitation of the payment of rents, with the rent value being split into four annual installments.
  • Members of the Dubai SME are entitled to free marketing of their goods and products inside the malls for a period of one month. (Part of the Marketing Department's mandate)
