Main Procedural Service. 

• Request for services of Hamdan Innovation Incubator.
• Project idea, completed business plan, product design or ready business model canvas.
• Copy of the passport.
• Emirates ID card.
• Experience certificate and academic qualifications (depending on the activity).

1. The customer submits the service request through the link. In case of renewing incubation project, the application shall be submitted through the Hamdan Innovation Incubator HI2team@sme.ae
2. Fill Dubai SME Services application (for new application).
3. Meeting with the applicant and studying the project idea (for new application).
4. Approval of the request for incubation or renewal.
5. The applicant submits the project's action plan (new and renewal).
6. The applicant reserves the trade name and the initial approval (new).
7. Preparing the lease contract, making the payments due (new and renewal).
8. The applicant's sign rent contract and HI2 terms and condition (new and renewal).
9. Handing over the office to the applicant (for closed offices) or obtaining the authority to use the special facilities of the Hamdan Innovation incubator (for virtual offices).

Flexible desk Package: possibility of issuing a work visa for one employee: 3,000 dirhams annually. (The first year of incubation program)
Flexible desk Package: possibility of issuing two work visas for employees: 5,000 dirhams annually.(The second and third year of incubation program)
Flexible desk Package: possibility of issuing three work visas for employees: 10,000 dirhams annually. (Fourth and Fifth Year - Graduation Stage)
 
Private Office Package:

Closed office that can accommodate up to two people. 4 work visas can be issued, prices between: 17,000-23,500 dirhams annually.
Closed office that accommodates three people. 6 work visas can be issued, ranging between: 32,000 - 41,000 dirhams annually.
Closed office that can accommodate up to eight people. 8 work visas can be issued: 52,000 dirhams annually.

Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2) is a community of emerging creators, inventors and entrepreneurs, supporting them in their first steps towards establishing and launching their business ventures and designing prototypes for their initial innovation.
What are the conditions for accessing the Center's services? 
•Providing a completed business plan, product design, or a business model.
•The enterprise shall be wholly owned and managed by UAE and/or GCC national(s).

What are the service fees?
Virtual Office Packages:
The first year of incubation: A package (Flexible Desk) at a price of 3000 dirhams annually, one payment in cash
The second and third year of incubation: A package (Flexible Desk +) at a price of 5000 dirhams annually, in one payment in cash
The fourth and fifth years (graduation phase): A package (Flexible Desk ++) at a price of 10,000 dirhams annually - with the possibility of payment in two checks.
Private Office Package:
Private office package, ranging from 17,000 dirhams - 53,000 dirhams annually, depending on the size of the rental space
A security deposit of 2000 dirhams will be paid (the amount will be refunded based on the evaluation of the office vacancy)
Easy payments: up to 6 payments (checks)
Value-added tax (5%) will be added to the prices of the above-mentioned packages

Does HI2 provide funding services for projects, are prototypes or patent fees funded?
HI2 provides funding solutions through the Mohammed bin Rashid Fund to Support Projects, where support is provided for trade projects, but the fund does not fund prototypes or patent registration. You can also apply for Dubai Next www.dubainext.ae for community support.
