It includes the steps of requesting the cancellation of the project incubated at the Hamdan Innovation Incubator by the applicant, or requesting the graduation of the project incubated.

Supplementary Procedural Service  

The applicant's request for cancellation or graduation by e-mail

1. The applicant submits a service request through the Hamdan Innovation Incubator (cancellation / graduation request).
2. Applicant interview to discuss the request.
3. Receiving an e-mail to the applicant to “cancel” or “graduate” an incubated project.
4. Return of the Office (for virtual and closed offices).
5. Refund of the security amount (for closed offices).

The landlord has the right to request the tenant’s eviction from the property before the expiry of the rental period, at which point he is not entitled to recover what has been paid of the rental value. The leased property is delivered immediately, and the lessor has the right to enter the property and repossess it, take all the assets in it, dispose of those funds found in the property in the manner it deems appropriate, and re-rent the property to others. As follows:
If the tenant does not pay the rent allowance or any part of it within thirty days from the date on which the landlord notified him to pay.
If the tenant uses the property or allows others to use it for an illegal purpose or a violation of public order or public morals.
If the tenant breaches the terms and conditions of this contract and the defect has not been remedied within thirty days of the written notice sent by the landlord regarding the breach.
If the applicant does not observe any obligation imposed on him by the applicable laws or any of the terms of the lease, within thirty days from the date on which the lessor notifies him of the implementation of that obligation or condition.
If the applicant is not obliged to inform the Centre of all changes in its work and ensures that it will obtain and maintain all required licenses and approvals.
If HI2 team finds out that the applicant is subletting the property or the company is owned by another person, the client and sub-lessee will be evacuated and membership revoked immediately.
If the lessee decides to terminate the lease prior to its expiration, the lessor may, at its discretion, return the remaining amount of the lease value
If the documents required for the renewal of the lease were not delivered or the client did not respond to the staff of the HI2, no later than 30 days after the expiration of the lease.

Cases in which the incubated project is canceled:
Lack the applicant commitment in attending periodic meetings with the responsible officer.
 If the tenant does not pay the rent allowance or any part of it within thirty days from the date on which the landlord notified him to pay.
If the tenant uses the property or allows others to use it for an illegal purpose or a violation of public order or public morals.


Cases in which project acceleration is acceptable:
Completion of the incubation period for a maximum of five (5) years.
Or the applicant applies for early graduation before completing the incubation period for a period of five (5) years.
