InnCuVation Spaces

The Higher College of Technology-Dubai Men’s Campus

The HCT InnCuVation Spaces (in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah campuses), inaugurated in March 2019, are high-tech innovation and entrepreneurial incubators supporting students and faculty in undertaking innovative and entrepreneurial ventures. The name “InnCuVation Space” itself expresses the breadth of activities that take place in such centers: innovation, incubation, and venturing.
These three Spaces are high-tech innovation and entrepreneurial incubators, supporting students and faculty in undertaking innovative and entrepreneurial ventures. Since inception the HCT Startup Development Program managed to launch 132 startups (out of which 88 led by female founders) involving more than 300 student entrepreneurs. Out of the total, 40 startups had some commercial activity (trade license) in place at the end of 2021. The program with its various activities involved more than 2735 students.
The teams of the InnCuVation Spaces provide support to startup teams across the entire range of services required by a startup such as mentoring, creation of a 3D printable drawing of a prototype, to the arrangement of dedicated working space, the development of a website, as well as support in obtaining a trade license as a certified incubator by Dubai SME and Abu Dhabi DED.
