What are the
conditions required to obtain an Exemption License
Renewal request?
The enterprise shall be100% owned and managed by UAE or GCC national(s) who lives in the city.
The enterprise shall be in Dubai, including selected free zones.
The Applicant or any of the partners shall not have more than five Trade licenses (including licenses that he/she fully or partially owns or manages).

Renewal request?
Copy of National ID card
Copy of the passport or original decree (for non-abstract holders), addressed to the DET.

What are the fees
of renew Exemption License Request?
When renewing the
license, a fee of one thousand Dirhams (AED 1000) is collected annually for
the first three years from the date of issuance of the license, and two thousand
Dirhams (AED 2000) annually for the fourth and fifth years of this license,
with the exception of fees and guarantees for federal authorities, government
agencies and some other entities.
